多方当事人回应加密货币交易所Deribit股权交易内幕:科技媒体TechCrunch创始人Michael Arrington发布一系列推文，爆料加密货币交易所Deribit最近一轮融资的内幕。他表示，去年年底，Deribit寻求新一轮融资来为创始人和早期投资者提供资金，当时估值2.8亿美元。总部位于新加坡的财务顾问公司Spartan Group将Deribit推荐给了对冲基金三箭资本和QCP Capital，这两家机构买下了Deribit 10% 的权证。之后，两家新股东计划以7亿美元的估值转售这些股权，但Spartan担心名声受损阻止了这笔交易。最终，三箭资本和QCP Capital将Deribit估值降至3.5亿美元，把后者股权出售给第三方。新买家如今知道自己付出了高溢价表示愤慨。
